It's not usually picked up by AA fanbase, but I've always thought that AA1~4 has very nice usage of psych horror elements in non-horror game.
And I somehow noticed that AA4 might have some homage of a game called "Serial Experiments Lain", which is famous for being gloomy, creepy and weird.
From that, I was inspired to make these artworks and a fangame with a concept of "What if AA was a horror game with a PSX aesthetic?", showing AA1~2 timeline, focuses on Naruhodo(Phoenix)'s trauma. Down below, I'll put my fake package artworks done by me, and the demo of the game itself.

Be aware that
*It has indirect spoilers of AA1~4.
*includes trigger to exclusion, and horror contents using unrealistic space and human face, low-poly graphic, jump scare.
*I maximized the horror elements of original game. It is in the game, but not like this. I'm hoping for you to not overread the original game as a horror because of this fangame.
*Some of the incidents drawn in this game is not a cannon.
*English is not my first language. It was originally written in Korean.

Additional Tip
*Able to play in 3 languages. Korean한국어, Japanese日本語, and English. 
*If you're not comfortable playing with keyboard, you can play it with mouse clicks instead. Click anywhere instead of Enter, click the borders instead of Arrow keys.
*Press Space bar to play in full screen. However, it is not recommended since it will not work properly depending on user's environment.
